    Step 1

    冬菇蒂用2茶匙油炒香备用。Saute mushroom stems with 2 tsp oil until fragrant.

    Step 2

    煮滚3.2公升清水,加入全部A材料,大火煮10分钟,调小火煮1½小时,然后加入B材料,再煮1½小时后,加入调味料即可享用。Bring 3.2 liter water to boil,add in all ingredients A and boil for 10 minutes,turns to low heat for 1 ½ hour;add in all ingredients B and continue cooking for another 1½ hour; season to taste.
